What lessons I can learn from quit smoking?

  • You can’t expect people to know what you are going through.
  • Do not tell everybody about your quitting smoke habit until you reach your goal otherwise people will pull you backward

  •     Your body lies to you
  • Your memory will change with your mood
  • Always keep your body active and alert for reducing the effects.
  • Always remember the ill effects of smoking on your health.
  • Smoking during pregnancy leads to ill health or even disaster death of baby
  • Body weight reduces frequently
  •  Lung cancer takes you to death bed.
  •  Everything smells and taste way different.
  • Breath shortening during running
  • I have more time after quitting smoke to do other jobs.
