Working Tips so you can quit too:


There are many proven and unproven methods to quit smoking but in the end all depends on how strongly determined you are about quitting smoking. Here is few ways that helped me quit and hope they work for you as well.

·        Pick a day, don’t wait for the perfect day to quit. Pick any day and mark it. Think of the reasons for quitting- family, health, money and under no circumstance smoke on that day.

·        Work on your hobbies on that day, keep your hands busy. Speak with friends, family for support.

·        Repeat this one day challenge first once in week, then twice and gradually increasing it to quit smoking completely.

·        Start making changes in your life to push smoking out of your life.

·        Join a support group as it has been proven to positively affect smokers in quitting.

·        Consult your physician and get Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

·        Try shutting out cigarettes completely, doesn’t matter if you fail don’t give up and start over and try again.

Other methods to quit smoking that are yet to be proven are:

·        Acupuncture

·        Acupressure

·        Electro stimulation

·        Laser Therapy
